The Principals John Rosato and Daniel Roth are uniquely suited to planning and development, with the formal education and practical experience to counsel clients in every level of strategy and execution. Their expertise has also been instrumental in the acquisition of nearly 100 separate parcels for the City of Austin's Neighborhood Housing and Conservation Department. Moreover, as part of a momentous $390 million bond program, they acquired 12 distinct school sites for AISD. Notably, one of these school sites mandated the meticulous assembly of more than 40 parcels and the relocation of more than 20 households.
