Linda Asaf is a commercial real estate professional with over 17 years of experience. She specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation for the retail, office, and industrial sectors representing over 2 million square feet. Clients include the technology, hospitality, construction, restaurant, health & beauty, med spa, soft goods, and aviation industries.
Her experience at the Downtown Austin Alliance enabled her to gain deep knowledge of the Central Texas commercial real estate market. While at the DAA, she toured over 850 retailers nationwide to identify emerging trends and best practice retailers for potential location in downtown Austin. She is responsible for bringing 75,000 sf of Downtown Austin retail leases including Patagonia, Easy Tiger, Bang & Olufsen, Ligne Roset Boutique, Alamo Drafthouse, and more recently, Joe Rogan’s Comedy Mothership at the historic Ritz Theater.
She is also active in real estate investment acquisitions, adept at uncovering off-market opportunities for clients in hyper-competitive markets. With dual MBAs and deep experience, her ability to thoroughly research, analyze, and qualify opportunities is an advantage in consulting real estate investors with the acquisition process.
Linda has dual MBAs from Columbia Business School in Finance and Marketing with an undergrad from Texas A&M.
