Mike Wiley, specializes in Buyer and Tenant Representation

Mr. Wiley joined Southwest Strategies in May 2004, but his Austin real estate career began in the late 1980s. He co-founded and became president of VW Property Management Co. and was responsible for leasing and managing more than 200 investment properties in Central Texas. After selling his interest in VWPM he went to work for Texas Governors Richards and Bush directing the $100 million LoanSTAR program of retrofitting public buildings for energy efficiency.

Since his return to commercial real estate in 1999, Mr. Wiley has applied his wide range of expertise in a straightforward style that has helped to form lasting relationships with clients such as Oasis Silicon Systems, eLoyalty, SiteStuff.com, Texas Diabetes and Endocrinology, Jones & Carter and Morrison Homes.

Mr. Wiley earned a bachelor of science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation for real estate professionals. He is a member of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, Certified Commercial Investment Member Central Texas Chapter and Real Estate Council of Austin. He is currently serving his second term on the City of Rollingwood City Council.
