HS&A Project Management is serving as the Program Manager on the Seaholm Power Plant Redevelopment Project. The firm will provide overall program management and will provide cost estimates throughout the process. In addition, HS&A is coordinating the efforts and interests of both the City of Austin and the development team. The development package includes the renovation of the historic Seaholm Power Plant, new construction of a high-rise hotel/residential tower, and a new office building. In order to maximize the site's relatively small acreage, existing underground utilities, will be relocated.
Founded in 1995 in Austin, HS&A has become an industry leader specializing in a full range of construction program/project management services, cost estimating, project recovery, construction contract auditing and claims consulting. The firm has been involved in numerous high-profile projects throughout Central Texas, including the highly successful Texas Capitol Preservation and Extension Project, the Concordia University Texas Campus Relocation, St. Edward's University expansion, Sematech, Laguna Gloria and numerous projects for The University of Texas System. HS&A is known as the team to call if the project is complex and demanding, and the firm's track record of on-time & in-budget performance is unmatched.
