Southwest Strategies Group has extensive experience in all aspects of property and asset management. SSG’s portfolio of property management include approximately 85,000 sf of office, retail, mixed use, and residential properties. Management services include: rent collection, lease negotiation, contract negotiations, vendor and contractor management, marketing, bookkeeping, 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance and much more.

Current properties in our portfolio include: Fifth Street Market, Brykerwoods Professional Building, the Historic Grove Drug building on Sixth Street, the professional building at 2714 Bee Caves Road, a mixed use complex on Airport Blvd, and our newest project, 3100 & 3110 Guadalupe St. SSG principals are also owners on most of the managed properties, so we are best able to understand what owners require and able to apply that knowledge to meet our client’s needs.
