Jody Preslock, President of Southwest Strategies Property Management division, graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas earning her Master’s Degree in Business Management with a 4.0 GPA and her Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Summa Cum Laude. She is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she is currently a candidate completing the requirements for her CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation. Additionally, she is a member of Alpha Sigma Lamda, a national honor society for working adults.

At Southwest Strategies, Jody manages a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties throughout Austin and Georgetown consisting of approximately 155,000 square feet. Jody manages all aspects of commercial property management and leasing for managed properties as well as construction management services. She also is responsible for the operations management of Southwest Strategies Group, Inc. brokerage, development, and consulting services including human resource management, contract management, and accounting and financial management.
