Planning and development services include negotiations with neighborhood groups; city government; lending institutions; and development professionals such as architects, engineers, attorneys, and real estate professionals. We can investigate utilities, zoning, surveys, title and environmental issues with practiced professionalism.

Our Principals John Rosato and Daniel Roth are particularly suited to planning and development, with the formal education and practical experience to counsel clients in every level of strategy and execution. Together they have conceived plans and developed raw land, redeveloped existing buildings, and managed the processes of permitting and constructing projects ranging from multi-family and office to eclectic mixed use developments.
