Landlord and tenant representation is the heart of Southwest Strategies’ business. Our principals have more than 40 years’ combined experience in Austin real estate, and are among the 20 percent of local professionals responsible for 80 percent of all sales and leasing.

Southwest Strategies Group offers all aspects of lease management including market data collection and review, lease negotiation, landlord-tenant lease administration, expense reconciliation, lease document review and overall facilities planning. Our team markets both raw land and income-producing properties.

Among the tenants we represent are several institutions and other large commercial enterprises such as Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Austin Regional Clinic, Austin-Travis County MHMR and others. Southwest Strategies provides all brokerage services for these clients. On the landlord side, we handle leasing at specific properties for such property owners as REIT Management & Research.

The team of Southwest Strategies enjoys close working relationships with Austin’s real estate brokerage community, relationships built through 20 years of cooperation and constant information sharing with other brokers. CoStar Group has named Southwest Strategies to its list of Power Brokers, and the principals were named Heavy Hitters by the Austin Business Journal. Both the Austin Business Journal and the Heritage Society of Austin have recognized Southwest Strategies’ projects with awards.
